This is one of my favorite ideas for at home date nights! Go to Ikea or Lowe’s or any other home improvement store’s website and find all your dream items for remodeling a specific room.

Skip the princesses and stuffed animals that come to mind when you think tea party, and go more sophisticated. Make little tea sandwiches and pastries and get some awesome tea blends to try!
Read a Book Together
Read the same book together for date night with a warm glass of tea or coffee, or read your own selections.

I love the Gilmore Girls episode where Rory doesn’t get to go on her trip to Japan, so her mom decorates the whole house like Japan and they eat Japanese takeout and wear kimonos.
